When you send a refund remail, we check our log files and database to see the usage pattern of the user. If we find the claim invalid i.e. all the advertised features worked as expected, you may not qualify for a refund.

Crawling is a server resource intensive task. While a crawl task is active, the RAM/CPU usage of our server increases significantly. Websites may have hundreds to thousands of pages. When such site is being crawled, the CPU/RAM usage remains significant for a long duration. This leads to substantial costs on our end.
